          Costello & Hoover, LLC, Attorneys-at-Law, was formed in 2024 by two attorneys devoted to the professional and hometown practice of law in the Western Maryland area: Brandon J. Hoover, Esq., and Nicholas J. Costello, Esq. Both attorneys are lifelong residents of western Maryland, and both are committed to providing professional hometown legal services. Both attorneys are full members (owners) of our law firm and are fully committed to excellence in client representation.
